4. JSA will provide presenters, free of charge, the use of slide or overhead projectors, and LCD projectors. Presenters must provide their own computer. The presenter will be responsible for the rental costs of all other equipment. Equipment needs must be included with the proposal. Last minute equipment request will not be honored.

6. Each panel or workshop will be allocated a maximum of 1 1/4 hours (20 minutes for each presenter). Individual presenters will be assigned to a panel by the conference committee with 20 minutes allotted per presenter.

7. Proposal Abstract: With this proposal form, submit typed, double-spaced abstract summarizing the relevant aspects of your proposal for review by the Program Committee. The abstract must be a minimum of 250 words and a maximum of 350 words. Send the abstract proposal along with this form to:

8. Presenters who have been accepted will have 14 days after notification of acceptance to submit a registration and the $175 registration fee [$95 for full-time students]. You are encouraged, however to submit a registration and fee payment with your proposal in order to expedite arrangements for the conference and any necessary requests for remittance from your home institution.
