HOTEL REGISTRATION AND RATE INFORMATION

JSA has negotiated a block of rooms at the Hyatt Place for $239/night before taxes and other fees. (Please note hotel tax rates are increasing in Honolulu in January 2026 and these new rates will apply to your reservation.) Rooms must be booked before December 15th. Only a deposit is due at the time of your reservation.

Here is some additional information from Vice President Dawn Gale about reservations:
“As for making reservations for Hyatt Place Waikiki with our group code, go to the website enter the check-in and checkout dates. You might have to enter edit stay and then in the box that asks for a special rate choose the corporate or group code option. The group code is G-JS26. The rate is $239/night plus taxes. The destination fee is waived; however, it will still show up in the reservation when booking online so it will say $289 that said, we will only have to do a deposit and once the reservation is booked, it will show up as $239 on their end, and the waived destination fee will be implemented so that we will be charged the correct amount when billed for the total in January.”
