Technical Information

You should have IE 5.5 or higher. If you are using Windows 95,
you can upgrade to IE 5.5. at

If you are using Windows 98 or higher, you can upgrade to
IE 6.0 at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp

You should also check to make sure that you have the most recent
Service Packs from Microsoft (use Microsoft Updates).

Netscape Users uses Netscape 4.0 or higher.
